'The hotel environment was peaceful and relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. And the views were simply amazing. Everything was clean, the food was great along with the service. I loved the open air concept that allows you to connect with nature. Plus the location is near all the things I wanted to do. Overall it was such a wonderful experience. 'We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10'
