Me and husband complained about this 3 times and the maintenance man insisted that it worked, it was 74 in the room, we turned it down to 62, it never cooled down! We were offered a fan as the other rooms were sold out. The maintenance man was very rude! Not sure if I will be back, it was a nice hotel though. '

'A nice hotel in a good neighborhood with small rooms. The location of the hotel is good and the breakfast and coffee is good. The lounge downstairs is nice. There is an iron lounge in the top floor for business purposes. The overall cleanness was a little bit disappointment. I found hairs on multiple locations in my room. Also the alarm went off at the middle of the night, which was the co2/smoke alarm. The staff “investigated” the alarm after 3 reminders the next day with the result nothing...

'While they didnt have the room type i booked available except for an inside facing room, the "downgraded" double bed room they provided was absolutely wonderful. Housekeeping was great, just remember to request it. Really wish they would bring back their loyalty program'

'Stayed for 2 nights in upgrade studio on the top floor, looking out at the converted church entry building. Be aware, the windows are not constructed properly to keep out the extreme loud noise of outside huge ventilator units. Complaint both nights, no follow up. For (crazy) pricing of almost 700 dollars a night, a bad night sleep. At check out they waived me the extra resort fee of 25 dollars for 1 night, what an insult. Dont stay here ! There are so many better options in DC.'

'Niet zo tevreden over mijn verblijf. Een kamer vlakbij de liften en uitzicht op de afvalverwerking achteraan met bijhorend lawaai. De badkamer was duidelijk aan vernieuwing toe en niet zoals op de foto's. De koffiezet had ook zijn beste tijd gehad. Een iemand van het personeel was zo onvriendelijk en onbehulpzaam toen ik vroeg voor een latere check-out dat het mijn verblijf heeft afgesloten met een slecht gevoel. Een half uur later was mogelijk met totaal geen andere optie of voorstel, zelfs...
