Not only friendly but thoroughly knowledgeable of the area and helpful, 10/10 customer service. There is a stunning restaurant Casamara in the hotel which has a simple, well-executed menu. 'The staff was very friendly. We accidentally left a kids’ blanket in the room after we had checked out and they held it for almost 12 hours for us. Check in and out was easy and fast. Internet was easy to connect to and worked well. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were comfortable and clean. AC unit worked really well and kept the room the temperature we set it to. '

'This was an excellent propery for my family's stay in Washington. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and were delighted with the space and quality of the furnishings. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
AKA The Whitehouse was only a few minutes walk from the actual White House itself in what. It was straightforward to reach all the sites we wanted to visit.
