'Very poor check-in service, unfriendly staff who couldn’t find my booking telling me it was my fault not theirs while in the end she was searching wrong. Was told that wifi was free because I was a Bonvoy member, but I was still charged on my creditcard afterwards. Beds are super small, not suited for 2 persons.'

'The location at Logan Circle is just wonderful. The house is an old place, it says it on the listing, so don’t be surprised by creaking stairs and the like. If you want gleaming new, go elsewhere. If you want old world charm with updated appliances and location, go here. The house is huge, we had more space than we knew what to do with. 'Staff at the hotel were excellent and friendly. We arrived very early, so I was expecting to have to do a luggage hold and hang out all day but Deborah was very helpful in getting us in our room. 'The location and neighborhood of the apartment are amazing! Walking distance to anything you might want to do with some restaurants really close by. Check in was really easy. A couple of comments: We were only able to get one kitchen burner to work (slight chance that it could have been user error, but couldn’t get one to light) and the “grill” outside needed charcoal, which we would have used but weren’t willing to buy charcoal for, so keep that in mind if you want to cook.
