'The location of this condo was prefect, walkable to most top destinations in DC. It was very clean and a nice size. The kitchen is an added bonus but it is bare bones. Three utensils to cook with and no seasonings . (Salt, pepper, cooking spray, cleaning spray) stocking the kitchen in a downtown condo is difficult. We did have a maintenance man come into our condo while we were out, without prior notice. Overall we would definitely stay again, you can’t beat the location.'

'This property is listed as a "modern retreat". It is not. I will say the beds were comfortable, there were no bugs, the neighborhood was nice and the owner communicated well. It does say it sleeps 6, which it does, but there are a total of 4 chairs in the whole place, 3 kitchen chairs and 1 desk chair. The owner refers to a "balcony" where we could hang out as a family. The balcony is a closed in room where the washer and dryer are, no other furniture and windows that you cant open because...

'Host was wonderfully responsive, pictures are accurate, didn't say on the listing but kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils which was nice. Unfortunately the snacks weren't stocked like the picture haha and there was only one butter knife but hey better than nothing. WiFi was fast and there are two smart TVs. A nice quiet stay.Unfortunately the comments about the weed smell are very true, it actually woke me up the first night at 2AM it was so strong coming in the vents. If...
