'The location was perfect for walking to all DC has to offer. Several restaurants in the area. Building was very safe and the unit was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. They offer free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby which was great. There was an in unit laundry with soap provided. I would definitely stay again. Pelican residence staff communication was quick to respond and answer all questions. '

'The host went out of her way to provide a perfect, comfortable and festive location for us to prepare and share our family Thanksgiving dinner. Beautifully furnished apartment in a great historic area. Each of the two bedrooms had a comfortable Queen bed and private bathroom. A nice place to come home to after touring. Excellent restaurants, wine shop, markets. Easy subway access and a great place to walk. We were very happy and at home here. Highly recommend.'

It was easy to navigate and close to all of the areas we needed since we were in town for our daughter’s wedding.The only negative was that the kitchen floor had something spilled on it and I was able to clean it.
