'Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment. The space was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything I needed—including thoughtful touches like condiments in the kitchen. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The neighborhood was quiet, and having available parking was a huge plus. I've stayed in a number of places in D.C., and this one easily makes my top 3. Highly recommended.'

'I have stayed in dozens of rentals and the communication and small simple amenities available for a family while traveling were phenomenal. I’d give 10 stars if possible. We were touring the east coast so did 3 cities in a week, this being our first stay. And Ike for sure made this the best experience and made going to other homes difficult :) would recommend to anyone looking to go to DC!!! '

'Note the signs for street cleaning days before parking; we had no issue there. The address that popped up on the Maps site the day before was for the VRBO across the street, but Tambor got us straightened out. You may just want to check the address when you message ahead of time. The apartment is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.'

'This was a charming place to stay and extremely comfortable for 3 adults. The parking was sometimes tricky but we always managed to find a spot. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and towels. The dishwasher and washer & dryer were wonderful to have at our disposal. We would not hesitate to stay again. Excellent communication with the hosts. '

'I was studying for two weeks at Gallaudet, and this was a great place for me as a student! Jeff was very communicative and helpful. I rode the bike he provided to class every day and back before dark (some hills but not too bad). The rest of my time I was in the room doing homework, so it was perfect for that. Good AC and good desk. I didn’t get to know the neighborhood that well, but definitely say hi to the folks at Sky-market; they made me great coffee in the morning and made sure I had my...
