'This was the perfect place to stay while we were in DC for the week! Easy to get to many of our destinations, and in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and shops. Very convenient. The space itself was stylish and modern, and the bed slept very comfortably. Many nice touches to make it an ideal spot to relax after days spent in the city. It had everything we needed. Tianni was a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay here again!'

'Great place! 20 minutes from the National Mall and museums. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. Also close to other neighborhoods for relaxing after walking all day! 10/10 recommend! '

'Great unit near American University. Very clean and spacious, large living room area with a couch and small washer/dryer within the unit, along with a kitchenette, and has a separate bedroom. Appreciated the host provided a couple of bottles of water complementary. Only things to note are the bathroom is very small, toilet comes right up to the shower area (no bathtub), and lighting could be better in the bedroom. Location is great, safe area and about half mile from Tenleytown/AU metro.'

'Spotless, great place, awesome host, easy parking'

'This place was the perfect location for visiting a friend in the DC area. It was clean, had all the amenities listed plus other supplies we didn’t think to bring for the weekend. Our host Kelly and her husband were kind and checked on us to make sure we had all we needed. I would definitely book here.'

'Property was as pictured. It is actually larger than it looks on the photos. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and condiments. In fact it is the best kitchen I have ever used at a rented apartment. The owners were very responsive to any questions. The bathroom is small reminiscent of a cruise ship but we are smaller people so it was fine. It was hot this week and the only air conditioning is a window unit that is noisy but does keep the apartment cool. The fan was helpful...

'The room was super clean and beautifully decorated. We had every thing we needed. Food store, Starbucks and other restaurants are on the other side of the street. The neighborhood is nice and safe. Overall we enjoyed staying at this room!'

'Loved this space. Plenty of space and amenities for the price. Nice touches to have a brand new dish sponge, shampoo/soap etc.Having a parking spot is gold'

'Clean, decently equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens. Comfy bed in the main bedroom, the trundle mattress was comfier than the main twin mattress, which was hard (according to my teenagers.) Games and puzzles in the living room were appreciated as one of our evenings was rainy so we stayed in. Overall a great stay and would not hesitate to book again! '

'Amazing property. Perfect area and very clean apartment. The host is also very nice and responds super quickly!'

'I highly recommend avoiding this property. I stayed for a week with my mother and daughter, and it was a terrible experience. We faced constant plumbing and electrical issues: the kitchen power went out twice, the shower was scalding hot because the cold water didn't work, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The host's plumber came out twice but failed to fix anything, and I even had to provide video proof because the host seemed skeptical. On top of that, the host regularly failed to clean up after...

'The space was clean and welcoming. The host answered all my questions timely and gave great directions on where to park and how to enter the premises. Very satisfied with our experience.'

'We brought our toddler & infant and everything was great! It’s always stressful traveling with kids & not knowing your accommodations but everything went smoothly. We will be back!'
