'Perfect location for exploring DC. Easy walking distance to U St, AdMo, and Dupont. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Apartment suited our needs perfectly with plenty of space, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and comfortable living room. Bathroom is a bit tight for two women and all of our trappings, but very manageable. '

'Cute basement apartment. Near the green metro (about 3 blocks) which was very convenient. Easy access to the Mall & DC sites. Liked the washer/dryer. The only negative was it was so dark when we arrived. If the owners could leave an outside light on for guests, that would have been very helpful.'

'The Den was a quaint little place to stay in between our weekend adventures. Clean, welcoming, and easily accessible. Parking was no problem. Beautiful area. Highly recommend!'

'Favorite things - the host's quick response to inquiries, location to bus line and restaurants, and free parking. Nice size for a couple and a comfortable bed, too.It is a basement apartment with little natural light and a little damp. It was clean, but would benefit from a deeper clean.I would definitely stay here again if in the area.'

'Updated, clean, quiet one bedroom with off street parking was exactly what we wanted. Also, the kitchen did not disappoint with full size refrigerator and all the dishes/pots/pans/utensils necessary to prepare an eat-in meal. The nearby Trader Joe's with free parking was a bonus.Thanks to the owners of this outstanding property.'

'It was a good stay over all but I traveled will a family member with bad knees and in the apartment the sud-floor was uneven and led to the knee pain and the floors pulling up and leading to cuts on the feet. There where only 4 people (56 to 15) and it was a little crowded but it was cheaper and larger than a hotel to if the tiny things do not bother you this is a great place to stay.'

'Great place to stay and had everything we needed as a family of four. Kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook any mean. Beds were very comfortable and the "kids" room was separate enough from the living area they could go to sleep without being disrupted by the living area. The house was a very easy walk to a metro station. Had no concerns walking to it with our 9yo daughter and never had to cross a major road to get to an entrance. Backyard area was beautiful. Could not have asked for a...

'I would stay here again. It was a reasonable price for a nice space. 22 minute walk from the nearest metro at Georgia/Petworth. Beware that some windows don't have treatments if you plan to use the pullout couch leading to a lot of morning sun. A few quirks such as a broken china cabinet, kinks in the paper shades, and a wireless connection on the TV that needs to have a light switch on, but overall well kept up with good amenities. My biggest concern was not the space but communication....

'We loved our stay here. The apartment is small but they made excellent use of the space and it lacked nothing that we needed. The location is great as it was very close to several restaurants and the metro. Would stay again. '

'The property was perfect for our family of 4 with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a fully stocked kitchen and nice living room/dining room. It was two blocks to a main road with restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. 1/2 mile walk to the metro was very convenient. Parking was on the street and tough to find a spot depending on the time of day. 'We had an excellent stay. The apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants and the metro/bus stops. The neighborhood is beautiful, lots of greenery and beautoful landscaping. Perfect for morning walks. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we could have needed and more. As a plus, Victoria and Rob could not have been more welcoming and we knew we were in good hands the minute we got there! Would definitely recommend this place to...

'I had a lovely stay! The place was very well appointed. Home away from home. Great kitchen with everything you need. Bed super comfortable. Pullout was very comfortable. Communication was super easy and fast with the property management. The neighborhood is awesome. Easy to get to Adams Morgan restaurants, shops and services. Safeway a couple of blocks away. Metro close by. Really an ideal spot for a visit to DC.'

'This was a very nice property- in a lovely and very convenient neighborhood- and with a host who was very attentive and responsive'

'This property was the perfect location for us. It was clean, the towels were fluffy, the washer/dryer were nice for an unexpected spill on our clothes, the kitchen was stocked with what we needed (we didn’t cook much), sofa and loveseat were especially nice, the bed - very comfortable and the AC kept the unit at the perfect temperature at night. We would definitely consider this location again. Even the birds in the backyard were always chirping and happy.'
