We only parked two nights but was charged for four nights. Called to correct the charges and was told that a manager would be calling back. No call, so I called again. Finally spoke with a manager and have received our credit back. Great hotel overall, but just don't use the "Self parking."'

'The room appeared to be cleaned and we did have a restful night. However in the morning we noticed red sticky stains on the comforter that was not evident the night before. I mentioned this to the hotel staff upon check out and nothing was done to make me feel better or make up for this inconvenience. Very disappointed.'
