'We enjoyed our stay in Washington DC in this house! The location is great, with all of the major attractions 10-15 minutes away, and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants near the house. The house was comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of space. 'Overall the place was very nice and convenient for our group of 6 adults. We particularly enjoyed the front porch and terrace/yard area. TV in the common area was small for the space but we weren't there to watch TV. The only discrepancy to note is that the listing says 11AM check out and a 10AM check out was communicated everywhere else. Surrounding area felt safe.'

'We loved our stay. We had to switch last minute because of some issues at another place and Kenny's house was perfect. Neighborhood was great, easy access to the metro, grocery stores and restaurants. House was older like a lot of housing in the area but well kept, comfortable, easy to find and use amenities like a/c, washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances. We would definitely stay again.'

"De kamer was ruim en schoon. Fijn ook dat er een koelkast stond en een aparte fauteuil. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik had geen ontbijtbuffet maar nam losse broodjes. Twee keer in het restaurant gegeten. Prima eten en ook vriendelijke bediening. Ik zou zeker terugkomen."
