We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. 'The home is large and spacious. We had a group of 6 with plenty of room. Our host was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE when it came to replacing the coffee pot and we had a new one within the hour.'

'The basement flat is perfect for a single person or a couple. Everything was clean and uptodate. The thermostat was a little too modern. It was hard to figure out. Nice front sitting area. Back sitting area is very usable for hanging out. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. It’s reasonably priced for the location. Happened to be there during the H-St. Festival (perfect location). I would definitely use this property again. '

It was a new listing and while the host was still ironing out some kinks it was a fabulous spot to have a great trip and have no doubt it will be a great experience for all who stay there. '

"Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "
