'Stayed for 2 nights , in a “COSY ROOM” …. Cosy srama to have another definition , the room was without window !!! Don’t hide the Reality under an “exotic” name !!! would never booked a room without window ,wouldn’t stay there free of charge …'

'I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The hotel and room were spotless, very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great, and the spa service was also very good. I especially appreciated the multiple swimming pools with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice...

'So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!'
