'Luxe, modern hotel midden in DC. Erg vriendelijk personeel. We konden voor de inchecktijd al naar onze kamer. Echt een grote plus! Onze koffers werden netjes naar boven gebracht, de lampen werden aangedaan en onze pantoffels werden bij het bed gezet. Antwan, de doorman, is zo vriendelijk en gezellig. De zingende doorman, echt geweldig! De deur werd altijd voor ons open gedaan, erg servicegericht. De kamers zijn ruim, luxe, sfeervol en modern. Alles van goede kwaliteit. Echt een tophotel!'

'Took my teenagers for a DC trip for spring break. Hotel was convenient and nice. Not as nice as other hotels in this brand but still a good location and safe. Rooms are small but so is everything in the area. '

'We stayed three nights in the Pendry for a visit to Washington DC. A nice new and modern hotel located in the attracted Wharf District. On arrival we were ingraded to a nice river view suite. We are good walkers and were able to visit all main attractions of Washington by foot. Using shared boles are also a good option. The hotel pool is very nice and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Hotel is surrounded by many restaurants in various price classes. All staff is very friendly. '

'Friendly and professional check-in & check-out. Room cleanliness could be improved (furnishings dusty). Afternoon tea service was a bit rough around the corners: subpar customer interaction skills and knowledge of menu offerings. The variety and quality of breakfast offerings at Café du Parc were more suited for a diner than a 5-star hotel. This legendary facility seems to be struggling at living up to some aspects of its former grandeur. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant overall.'

'This hotel is beautiful. But I had a better experience in the New York Location. For my birthday they set up a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries to wish me a Happy Birthday. This hotel didn't do anything for daughter’s birthday. I mentioned it when I did my reservation. The room was nice not what I was hoping for. I guess I didn't pay as much as others. '

'There wasn’t much to like about this place we I came in it was dirty and had bugs missing items they claimed to have I guessed I made a mistake and reported it to Expedia I got a phone and was threaten not to ever leave a bad review on there again I better call them first. After not receiving toilet paper or a blow dryer I bought my own and I requested that I didn’t want anyone in my room ( I left out the part I had to clean up the apartment cause there was trash and left over toys for other...
