'The room we stayed in was excellent - well laid out and clean. The entire staff were so friendly, polite and welcoming. Breakfast was good and as plentiful as anyone would hope for. The spa is incredible - we spent a lovely few hours there.'

'Nice and beautiful hotel. At check-in time my room wasn’t ready yet, so they gave me a free upgrade to the executive room. Metro and tram station in front of the hotel. Staff was really kind as well. Breakfast options were good. Lot of variety and as a plant-based eater I had enough vegan options too. Highly recommended.'

'Was very conveniently located for us as first time visitors to Milan. We were close to shops, tourist spots ( The Duomo), etc. The meals we had were very good ( breakfast and dinner), The hotel lay out is a bit strange, but it is because it is a transformed building ( not originally built to be a hotel), But it sits on a Plaza and the view from our window was marvelous for people watching!
