'Beautiful hotel '

'Our stay was lovely. Staff were all so very accommodating. Beds and comforters were plush and comfortable. The only thing I wish for would be a shuttle to and from airport(complimentary). We will stay there again next time in Boston.'

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'Het hotel is centraal gelegen in het centrum van Boston. Op loopafstand van winkels, een autoverhuurbedrijf en diverse restaurantjes. Het ontbijt in het hotel is duur. De service is geweldig, op de ontvangst bij aankomst na. Wij moesten wachten tot onze kamer vrij was en de receptioniste was niet erg vriendelijk. Verder is het personeel ( van kamermeisje tot portier) enorm dienstverlenend en servicegericht. Het is zeker een aanrader om dit hotel te boeken!'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'Staff were great, property was beautiful, clean etc. We ended up having issue with the AC & we are all used to sleeping in a cool room. The only one who slept was my youngest but even she woke often. Everything, the beds etc., were very comfortable but I got zero sleep, hubby got a little, & my other daughter did get some. We were there to attend graduation @ Salem State. We were on the 2nd floor which inherently would be warmer on a warmer day anyhow so having the ac not work wasn't...
