'It is an amazing hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite and helpfull.
The location is excellent as it is close to the seaside, the shops, the Palace etc.
The breakfast was very lucuriius with plenty of options for every taste.
The only down side is the parking. There is pretty much no free parking and if you want to park you car in the hotel parking it costs you €35 per day/night.
Overall: very happy with our stay. '

'Zeer luxueuze accommodatie, je voelt je echt als een ster in dit hotel. Kamer was fantastisch, sjiek, zeer proper en gezellig. Personeel was zeer beleefd en vriendelijk. Ontbijt was uitgebreid op de kamer en op tijd geleverd.
Enige nadeel van de kamer “chic” was dat het terras grensde aan de straatkant, en er was passage van voetgangers. '

'Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering it is advertised as a 5-star property.
When we arrived, we immediately noticed that one of the beds was broken, making it impossible for our children to sleep on it. We also found that the refrigerator door barely closed, one of the cupboard doors could not be opened, and the room phone was broken. After reporting these issues, a technician came and repaired the bed with zip ties, replaced the phone, and fixed...

'The apartment was great overall, it had everything we needed and the air conditioning was a major plus! The location is good for the water park, beach and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly, helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend :)'

'Amazing property. We had a couple problems with the washer and dryer, but the management took care of our laundry for us. One thing to know is that there is no working pool as listed. Apparently it has not been an operation for two years. Also, the beach is free, but if you want to use chairs and umbrellas, there will be a fee. The management was excellent and helping us with all of our problems and it’s a very lovely property. Very comfortable and I would come again.'
