'Zeer schoon, met mooie en nieuwe badkamer. De kleine ramen kunnen niet open in verband met lawaai van de doorgaande weg er langs loopt. Ook ‘s morgens veel lawaai van de werkzaamheden die aan het pand uitgevoerd werden. We waren er 2 nachten, en kregen geen schone handdoeken. Het ligt 10 minuten lopen buiten het oude centrum. '

'Great spot walkable to whole town and all the sights you’d want to see. Rudimentary inside (one teaspoon, one drinking glass) but adequate for a short stay. Could do with a basic kitchen restock but otherwise great. Good communication and location is great. Cute place. '

'Apartment was spotless & comfortable everything as described. Mario is a wonderful host. He met us & haelped us park & carry our bags up the stairs. Then showed us where everything was in the apartment & gave us maps & info about Split. It is a greatt location for exploring the sites. Highly recommend.'

'Strand op loopafstand en prachtige omgeving. Er zijn wel weinig parkeerplaatsen. In de avonduren bestaat de kans dat je je auto elders moet parkeren. Je kan je auto gratis in de buurt parkeren. '

'The apartment, although compact in the living area, has quite a large and comfortable bedroom. We did not eat in, but it looks like this could be easily done. We met with the host (Irina) and she was very helpful and hospitable. Our only issue -and we fully understand that this may not be an issue at all for others- was that the apartment is located amidst a lot of restaurants/bars that play very loud music until at least 11PM. 'Great and cute room!! Washroom is above and beyond beautiful, kitchen is lovely too and stocked with everything you need. The outside area is beautiful too granting a nice place to relax and nice views. Also right next to a market which makes picking up food and necessities super easy. Friendly and kind host, good communication as well. For the price I was very happy and would definitely recommend'
