'Room REEKED of cigarettes Looked old and musty in the room. The bathroom looked to be upgraded and was clean. Walking in the front door people were out there smoking weed. '

'I like the location of the property and the space especially when traveling with children. My issue was the bathroom sink wasn’t working and the toilet took several flushes to clean. I don’t think they should rent rooms if they aren’t ready or properly serviced.'

'Overall stay was great...we were on the fourth floor and mostly took the stairs as one of the elevators was out of order and the wait was long. The hot tub looked rough and I think the pool area was nice but maybe too much chlorine. Buffet staff was grumpy but I think she was tired and just overworked. Nice lobby area..outdoor side entrance smelled of THC. Appreciated the lyfte service to the airport. Good location.'

'This has become the only place we stay when we come to Baltimore. The room's are clean,the staff is always nice and you cannot beat the good breakfast. Rooms feel so cozy. '

'I arrived at the property to be told I had no reservation. The attendant said it was probably at their other location about 1/2 mile away. Went to that location and was told there was no reservation. I double checked my booking and it said it was the original location. Didn’t stay at either one. Rebooked somewhere else. Both places seem a little shady'

'There were roaches everywhere, the bed, night stands, sink, just about everywhere. I had to eat earlier than planned. The place smelled very old and there were alot of drug addicts walking in and out.'

'This was a very last minute booking and I was very pleased with my experience. Apparently the hotel was fully booked that day along with employees calling out, Al manned the front desk like a champ.. he was very kind & helpful even though he was overwhelmed.'

'Staff was amazing. Christina, Adam and GM (sorry forgot your name) as well as maintenance and house keeping have always been great. Was only supposed to stay 2-3 nights and ended up extending a week due to the great customer service and care. Even recommended a friend who also booked a room stayed a night! We appreciate you! This team works hard to make guests feel welcome!'

'When we checked in the workers were obviously talking about another employee that they were just done with, this should not be happening in front of guests, and the check in group were not the most pleasant. The room was overall clean, bathroom was small and felt like we were sitting on floor with toilet. Shower was nice, sink was outside bathroom and very small for toiletries.
