'Front desk was so nice'

'This was the second stay in a week as part of our NJ to FL round trip. Hotel was just like it was the earlier trip. We showed up later than before, though, and had to contact the hotel to gain entry as the front door locks after a certain time. Once we got the staff attention, everything went smoothly and the room is exactly as we expected. Both on the way down as well as the way back we loved having the full sized fridge as we were carting cold items packed in coolers with ice packs. This...

'What a great stay! We needed some peace and quiet and Tanglewood absolutely fit the bill for us. The property is beautiful - the horses, chickens, bunny, and cats. We stayed in the Horse Hound suite and it was well appointed, extremely comfortable, clean and cozy. Great place to chill and relax. The farm is also a very short drive to downtown Southern Pines which has a great selection of shops and restaurants. 'This is our second visit to the area and our second stay at Tanglewood Farm, but in a different unit — both very nice.My title says it. This is a lovely and cozy place to stay with all the amenities one would need. The setting is bucolic with chickens that greet you. A big plus for us was that our dogs were allowed to come along. Should we travel to the area again, the farm will be our first choice for a place to stay.'
