'Excellent check process, responsive virtual front desk, clean, most of all super convenient - light rail across the road, Optimist Hall (restaurants/take out/coffee) just up the road. Kitchen fully equipped, modern appliances. Hard to go back to a hotel after staying 3 days here - other than needing to do a small grocery shop to stock up if needed.'

'There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...
