'Professional and Excellent staff'

'I like that the living area was separate from the bedroom space. Check in was fine. The noise from other guests was unacceptable, when checking out there was no one in the office and after a good 15 minutes when someone finally showed up it smelled as though they were smoking marijuana. We also asked for towels and they never brought them up to the room so I had to go back down to the office and ask for them again and wait for them and bring them up myself. 'A great comfortable place to stay close to central Charlotte. The Kasa was clean and well supplied with everything needed for normal living. We did not cook or use the washer/dryer, but it all there if needed. I liked that it was on the ground floor and close to the building exit. It was easy to get to the car when needed. My only wish would be that they would provide at least one streaming service for TV viewing such as Hulu, You Tube, Sling, Direct TV, etc. For our first time staying...

There was no coffee maker, nor plates, bowls, mugs, etc. there was silverware and a few glasses The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels, and there were only two hangers in the giant walk-in closet, and only one partial roll of toilet paper.
