'Other guests gave this hotel a 10/10 review so I had high expectations. What a great experience. The room is not your typical business-like hotel room but decorated as a historic room. It was a large room with comfortable chairs and a large bed. The owners were lovely, friendly people and cooked us a great, fresh breakfast in the morning. If you are tired of boring hotels, I recommend you to visit Disblair House '

'Great stay! Owner is very nice and accommodating! Great ovation off the beaten path.'

'Stationnement très étroit !!! C’était difficile d’y accéder. Mal insonorisé, Belle vue. Parfait pour un petit passage.'

'Great stay. Great hosts. Beautiful property, room and service.'

'Excellent room and facilities will be back again in 2 weeks'

'Zeer gehorig, je hoort iedereen praten, snurken enz. Tijdens ons verblijf was er erg veel herrie van zatte mensen de hele nacht die aan het afteren waren op een van de kamers. Waardoor de hond van de kamer naast ons de hele nacht aansloeg. Verder niemand gezien van de B&B zelf. Lokatie was verder prima, badkamer was schoon. '

'We hadden een balkon, maar de deur was afgesloten met een hangslot. Alles was versleten, gedateerd en aftands. Het behangpapier kwam op verschillende plaatsen los. De naam Royal hotel zeker niet waardig. De foto hiernaast komt helemaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Ipv wit is de gevel grauw. Het ontbijt was wel goed.'

'Fantastic place to stay. Lovely couple who Can’t do enough for you. Great breakfast lovely clean friendly place. Highly recommend'

'Comfortable stay with very clean room. Excellent breakfast and amazing, friendly hosts.'

'Don't book for this "accommodation "is filthy, stinky and everything is just a mess, the bed sheets was dirty ,I didn't darr to touch the towels ,bare in mind we went in at about 8:30pm and just a bit after 10pm we left,we've moved in another accommodation because was no way to sleep in there'

'Should not be allowed to rent rooms with mattress in such obviously poor condition most uncomfortable I've had the displeasure to encounter'

'Beautiful BnB run by a lovely friendly helpful couple in a fantastic location. Would strongly recommend staying here! '

'Hotel did not do breakast - thought I had booked bed and breakfast. Turned on the evening to be told they don't do evening meals, member of staff pointed to a microwave and toaster and referenced a shop that was closed to buy stuff. Next evening, a saturday, they were serving evening meals was told they did server evening meals. Whether they only seve meals at the weekend or short staffed I don't know.'

'This is a fairly new property and this is reflected in the modern decor, and clean & smart set up. No staff on site but arrangements communicated beforehand in terms of property access and room key collection were faultless. Parking on site so no issues with proximity. We did not have breakfast (book and pay separately if required). River runs behind the property so soothing sound of running (nay rushing) water throughout. Only issue was the green light (fire regs ?) meant the room was not dark...

'Bien situé, non loin du centre. 5 minutes à pied. Calme. Très très propre. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. '

'Good place to stay. It was clean and in a convenient location. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the sound proofing. I believe people may live above floor two and they stayed up walking around until after midnight. Wouldn’t be a problem at all except there is no sound proofing in the room I was in. Other than that a fantastic place to stay and would recommend.'
