'This is a cute place to stay but a bit dated. It is dog friendly and it was lovely to see so many furry friends enjoying a trip! We stayed in a building round the back which had some quirky wallpaper but needed an upgrade. Interesting rules around breakfast which were explained in terrifying detail by staff who had been well briefed - "You have 30 minutes from when you enter until you must leave, and you can have one hot drink refill". That was a bit much, but we complied!'

'Room itself was good, toilet could be a bit bigger, bathroom was good Breakfast wasn’t too great, for example you can not get a typical English breakfast, missing some ingredients like scrambled eggs, tomatoes. Only boiled eggs. Not a lot of options for Vegans/Vegetarians or people on specific diets. Location was good, only 2 blocks away from the Main Street. Close to the shops, restaurants, tram stop. 'Room 1 is extremely small, but was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. There were too few staff. Service at dinner and the bar was very slow. Dinner wasn't as hot as it should have been. There was too much food on a small plate, I had to hunt under the chicken for my vegetables! Overall, it's quite expensive for food that although was delicious it wasn't hot and not served in a timely manner.'

'Lovely staff hotel is amazing we had a ‘comfy’ room on 4 th floor it was really nice all cowshed products really modern. Diner bar and lounge areas were all beautiful would definitely go back'
