'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

'Staying here for the Marathon couldn't have been any easier. Having the red line so close made it easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel was clean with a nice lobby and dining area. Would recommend staying here for the race or any other form of travel!'

The staff was super friendly and incredible accommodating. The location could not have been better. All the downtown and North End attractions were within easy walking distance. If we ever return to Boston, we will definitely be staying here again. '

Glad to say that Raffles Boston did not disappoint. The hotel decor is gorgeous, thoughtfully luxurious in every detail. Location is great. Service is professional but friendly. 'We loved our stay at the Hyatt. Beautiful area to walk around and our room was cozy! We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning. The only complaint which is not really the hotel’s fault but other guests kept just letting their doors slam shut and they were really loud, waking up our baby at night. '

All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston.

"The pool was nice, but this 'hotel' in reality is a rundown converted motel. It's hot, it's dirty, it's rundown and the staff doesn't really seem friendly at all. Parking in this industrial area is $10 per night, which is insane. Dinner options are limited.
Our room was on the highway side. It was LOUD. No proper sound isolation to speak of.
Wifi just didn't work at all, bad reception and slow where there was reception."
