'The customer service is next level. i travel alot and the sofitel Adelaide always excels expectations'

'the Hotel is more like a motel with separate buildings behind the reception. However, design is modern, almost like a small resort, and great access to parking and to the main street of Hahndorf. The rooms are a good size and the bed is super comfy. One thing I am particular about is a good sized towel and their towels were bug and fluffy.. The rooms have a fridge, sink and tea/coffee which you dont really need given the great coffee in the area. Would totally stay here again'

'Hard to sleep throughout the noise due to something in the room or building being loud (my aircon was off so wasn't that like I thought it was). There is no on-site staff. I was sent to the wrong room upon checkin, my code wasn't working, so had to ring to find out why only to be told wrong room. No information provided on amentities where thry were located and the carpark situation unless I contacted the hotel. Pet rule is 1 per room, a couple had 2 with them, I don't like dogs (I didn't see...

'We loved our stay at Mt Lofty House. Highly recommend the daily history tour at 4.30pm. All staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. Our room was divine. A tip, the cookies are the best. There’s a jar left out and topped up daily but it’s a bit of a secret. We dined at Martha’s and after a really busy day, loved the easy going nature of this restaurant. We also had the 7 course degustation menu at Hardys Veranda another night.
