Set within a Mediterranean-style building with a relaxed holiday feel, this family-focused apartment on Nile Street places you in the heart of Glenelg, just a short stroll from the beach.

Inside, warm furnishings and a spacious open-plan layout create a welcoming atmosphere. Split-system heating and cooling keep you comfortable year-round. The living area is ideal for unwinding in front of the TV, while the dining table seats eight for shared meals or celebrations. A well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the private balcony invites you to unwind with bar seating for casual drinks and a lounge area overlooking Adelaide`s rolling hills.

The first bedroom is bright and airy with a king bed, ceiling fan, and generous storage. The second offers a queen bed with built-in storage and a ceiling fan, while the third offers a bunk bed, perfect for kids or friends. The recently renovated family bathroom features a sleek shower, floating vanity, and an in-unit washer and dryer, adding extra convenience for longer stays.

Secure off-street parking via a lock-up garage is provided (not suitable for large vehicles). For families, a portacot and high chair are available to hire. Please let us know when making your booking.

Please note: This apartment is accessed via four flights of stairs with no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
