'I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. 'Perfect location in Tupper Lake area. Comfortable & spacious accommodations, everything you could ask for. Upgraded touches like evening "mood lighting" & access to the hot tub are a bonus perk! Friendly & accommodating host, highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!'
