'Appreciated the fact that we were able to secure this almost last minute reservation. It served our our purpose well. Breakfast was a nice perk with healthy choices. WiFi password could be more clearly stated on key card packet or just posted in room.'

'Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. 'Interesting hotel built in the early 1990s. There are still things visible from that era, however the hotel has been updated a bit. If you are looking for high level comfort, and luxury, this place isn't for you. But it is comfortable, and kind of cool in an old-fashioned way. Large parking area is in the back, just drive into the alley behind.'

'We decided to stay here for a couple nights for the Duluth Airshow as it was nearby. It was wonderful. Staff was attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ac was working well. The beds were comfy and two types of pillows were offered (firm and soft). The only con is that the walls were a bit thin and could easily here people above us stomping around. 'The room was amazing minus the AC unit overheating constantly during a heatwave. But that’s to be expected for the same reason. The pool area felt like a sauna, and was way too hot, but the water was perfect in both the pool and hot tub. The staff did acknowledge the high heat in there!! Which is very hard to come by for some places. It sits next to a couple of sit down restaurants and fast food places, which was very convenient for a family with a small child. Over all it was a 4.5/5 stars....
