'Absolutely LOVELY experience!!! Super easy check-in, fast responses from host & a beautiful stay. Historic & comfortable- we loved it!!'

'Staff was great! The handle fell off the fridge when we got there and all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was only warm water for bathing no hot water. There were also no remotes for 1 of the TV’s and the fireplace didn’t work. Staff was great had someone out the next day to fix fridge handle and gave us remotes. I had high expectations at this point. I did see they discounted the 1st night stay.'

'The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!'

'My go-to lodging when in Duluth. Check in and have dinner & drink within the building, along with a little retail shopping.'

'The TV remote is run by solar. It didn’t work very well. The room was bigger than I thought it would be. Was pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room. Would stay there again.'

'Historic Hotel with Unique suites and a great vibe. Not your traditional hotel but exactly what we were hoping for. The ambiance was perfect both in the hotel and in the Rathskellar Speak Easy in the basement. '
