'This is a pleasant modern motel on the outskirts of town. It has nothing special about it -- the room is basic, and functional. There's no in-room coffee or water heater. Also no closet or drawers for clothing -- just some external hangers. It does have a gym and a pool -- I used the gym and it was small but the treadmill worked fine. Breakfast is standard motel fare. 'This is an old property. Our room AC was loud, the carpets looked tired. Small pie shaped rooms with small bathrooms. I thought the overall stay was fine, the cheaper end of room rates in town. Free coffee available in the lobby and we never went to the restaurant. It is right downtown in Duluth and close to the water. Also no daily maid service.'
