'Out dated rooms, unclean feel, smelled Like stale cigarettes smoke'

'We enjoyed the area — beautiful lake, gorgeous sunsets. The townhome was clean, open, spacious, and stocked with plenty of supplies and towels. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. On the downside, there is no pool and no restaurant on-site. The beach area is very small, not a real sand beach, and not suitable for kids to swim. The playground is also very small. Activities are limited if you’re not golfing or boating.'

'Cleaning crew is not getting the job done period. Location, location, location for these units. Absolutely perfect launching spot for enjoying Gull Lake in that regard. Units are showing there age unfortunately. Staff are super friendly.'

'Wonderful lakefront property! Would absolutely stay here again, as the place was fabulous. The location is just a couple minutes from town along a quiet street with lakefront homes and cabins. Room 8 is an attic apartment with a full kitchen, large bathroom and breathtaking views. '
