'Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. '

'Mars hotel was budget friendly. Nothing special but perfectly adequate for price and location. I do give 10/10 tho to the man on reception. He was lovely whilst checking in. And then when I left my hair straighteners in the room and didn’t realise till home. This man was so helpful, I sorted a Royal Mail collection and he kept me updated with his side and made sure they were all packaged up to be sent back to me. To me he went over and above, thank you so much! '

'What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...
