'Room is clean and tidy, housekeeping staff is very professional and always helpful. FOH staff is very professional. And buffet breakfast has lots of variety and also having live cooking counters, waiters are so helpful and generous for asking if we need any thing ( specially for kids meals). It's a nice and pleasant stay at property.'

'Best Hotel for ever !!! Super service Super Personel '

'Excellent location, views of both the Taj Mahal and “baby” Taj. Attentive and helpful staff, hailing taxis/Tuk tuks and negotiating prices in advance. All in all a very pleasant stay.'

'Ray of Maya Hotel in Agra is a gem! The property is spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Receptionist Arsh was extremely courteous and helpful, answering all questions with respect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the room tariff offered great value. Best of all, the hotel is very close to major attractions like the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, making sightseeing effortless! '

'Beautifully Property with well clear rooms & Staff is also helpful'

'The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!'

'飯店老闆人很好，也很親切，有任何問題都願意幫忙，離車站很近，乾淨整潔。'

'This hotel does not have 24hr hot water supply. That is the only downside. Apart from that its a Great hotel for everyone. '

'Very bad . Avoid to visit this "hotel" . They are thieves and charging a lot of money for dirty room (bed sheets , bathroom )which is total differnt than fotos .also a lot of crowd from the road. Holes on the walls ,not hair dryer . We stayed only for one night and didnt use the bathroom cause it was very dirty. everything was really bad . Its very bad for hotels platform to have this hotel in them platform. Normally is for full refund cause i m good client in this platform'

'It was difficult to speak with staff who didn’t speak English. However one of staff had beautiful smile.'

'Dirty hotel and rooms. Room linen was unbearable. Staff was obnoxious. Dust bowl everywhere else. The restaurant looked like a construction site. Location is poor too, goes through congested and small streets. Do not book this place.'
