'Pros: amazing location. The ocean is ~8 ft directly below the patio. Handful of steps bring you to a virtually private beach. Great sand, some rocks, no weeds. Pretty wavy during our stay, which was great for kids to bodyboard. Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry to villa. Quiet safe neighborhood. Saw a pod of humpback whales while enjoying morning coffee, twice!! Beautiful sunsets. Youth baseball diamond nearby is often busy, bringing family friendly energy (and some traffic). Hot tub was...

'I must say that I was not expecting what was advertised. It was better! Our balcony was literally over the crashing waves of the beach. The sunset is also right outside, not just seen from our private balcony but from the living room which is opened to the balcony. The private Jacuzzi was not heating because of the last tenant but it was too hot anyways and we just used it to cool off. The private rooftop view was amazing also. From sunrise over the mountains of Rincón to sunset to the west next...

'⸻Absolutely Amazing Stay!The villa was incredible — spacious, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the ocean from the massive terrace. The jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the water was the perfect way to relax after a day full of excursions. Inside, the villa offered 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus an extra full cabana bathroom right on the terrace — super convenient! We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely stay here again.'

'Perfect & magical location on the edge of the sea. Spectacular views of the sunset every night from multiple balconies and terraces. We enjoyed the rooftop pool (shared with other guests from other units). Owner was great. Housekeeping was helpful and kind. Would stay again!'

'The house was big enough for five people (3 adults 2 kids). The bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with coffee machine, dishes, etc. The dining room table was large enough for us to have dinner together a few nights during our stay. During the early morning and evenings there is passing work traffic but overall the area was quiet. The area was nice and local to many different spots. There was a local small restaurant about 6 minutes away called Los Gapo...
