The communication with the owner was great, explained exactly what needed to be explained and clearly except possibly the off-limits area. My husband and I went exploring when we first arrived and found that we do not have access to the area past the laundry room lol the people there were pretty pleasant about...

The best features: strong communication from the owner/property management company, hot tub (kids loved it), and well equipped with all basics necessary for the stay. The property is in a fine neighborhood, very close to the facilities offered by the Hall of Fame. This isn’t a walkable neighborhood, as restaurants aren’t close and it’s purely houses.
