'Great place on the outskirts of Madrid. 5 minutes from the Metro and 10 minutes on the Metro to the centre of Madrid. Very residential area. Flat 12 was ideal with a large balcony to watch the local world go by at night. 150 pounds deposit which wasn't expected but not a hassle! 20 euros for a taxi to the airport. Well worth it. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay.'

'Nice place, 5 minutes walking distance from the subway, near the Rayo Vallecano stadium (for the ones who like the Spanish soccer league). Communication with the property management is not that simple neither fast since they use an automated phone system. Also they should leave a blanket and more pillows available. Otherwise everything else is great there! I recommend '

'The place is nice and at arrival they were nice and helpful. At departure, today 28 August very unprofessional. One of us alone with 3 pieces of lugagge, asked for a taxi and the guy at reception told to look for it youtself. He even was not nice enough to indicate that closeby there was a taxi stop full of them. Terrible! Will not come back to this place!'

'It was okay at Mola! Suites but hotel.com really needs to state clearly that it is Mola! hostel and Suites. Check in was a bit chaotic with loud music blaring and we we were not told that the wifi on the 4th floor did not work until we spoke to someone the next day. The bed was not very comfortable and it was quite noisy from the street. The room itself was okay but only average.'
