Really nice hotel with a very good price-quality ratio. It is clean and the cleaning stuff do their job well but some parts of the room remained untoched and the curtains were dusty but all around is ok. The food is really nice and changes often, salats and fruits are fresh. Pool is clean. WLAN works very well and is fast. The area is nice 15 min walk to beach, you have shuttle bus to the cleopatra beach too. Good shopping area. All around 4/5 stars. We enjoyed it.

A big thanks to the owner of the hotel Ahmed for his kindness and love to animals, his adopted dogs and his dog at the hotel Zeytin who was a super cutie and everyone’s favorite. And thanks to Efe at the reception for his help and advice. The hotel was clean, easy to reach to and from, staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. The guys area was good too. Overall, an exceptional experience

クレオパトラビーチやアランヤ城へのケーブルカー乗り場が徒歩圏のため観光に便利。シングルを予約したはずが結果的にツインのシングルユースになったせいか、部屋も広々としていて清潔で快適だった。 朝食のビュッフェメニューも充実しており、連泊客に配慮してか内容が日によって若干入れ替わっていて嬉しかった。

alles schick, leider wegen der lage an der haupstr. laut, zum teil sehr laut. schoen, dass man nicht sofort mitten im touri-nepp landet, wenn man vor die tuer geht. stattdessen nette restaurants, cafes, supermarkt um die ecke. zum strand ist es nicht wirklich weit, aber schon ein stueck.

Bumpy Start But Great Outcome
When I first arrived at the Ramira Joy, they gave me a room without a view on the 1st floor. So I felt I was being hustled. But the room did have a full balcony, unlike half balcony rooms on most upper floors. I ended up liking the room and staying there for two weeks. The hotel service was excellent. They fixed problems right away, the front desk people were always attentive to my needs, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight of the day. It’s a good safe walkable neighborhood with many cafes & shops. Just watch out for scammers, because Alanya has many shady business people who try to get over on tourists. During my stay at the hotel, there seemed to be a lot of Russians…especially young couples with infant children. I had the feeling that they were not there on holiday. I don’t know if they were running from Putin, avoiding the draft, or what. But the hotel at times did feel like a refugee camp. Yet the Russian guests were still welled behaved—just kind of distant. Alanya is is a hidden gem, and I would encourage other Americans like myself to go there and stay at the Ramira Joy. Despite my first encounter, the hotel is still a great value for the price. It lives up to its 4 star rating, and you’ll won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is located in the city, which makes it convenient for those who prefer a city/walking vacation. The hotel's beach is a 25-minutes walk away. The closest beach is no 3 that belongs to a different hotel, and the fee is 100 TL/d (ca $6/d). The food is good but there is no variety, the menu every day is pretty much the same (speaking about the all-inclusive). However, Alanya itself is a very nice city with different beautiful attractions : it has it all: mountains (check out the castle), sea (Kleopatra beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Turkey), and even a cave (Damlatas is a very popular tourist attraction). The hotel's staff is very friendly and cordial, they cooperate and solve your problems, which makes your stay rather careless and convenient. All in all we would give the hotel a solid 4, and it's a fantastic value for the money! (Lola and Irina)

My flight was canceled 1 hour before departure due to bad weather (I was already at the airport), so I was not able to travel or stay at the hotel as planned. Hotels.com customer support reached out to Ramira Joy Hotel but the hotel did not respond. In fairness, this is the second occurrence. The first time this happened, Ramira Joy Hotel did respond. But the first time, I wasn't charged, and I also wasn't asked to give a review. Now, I was charged, and asked to give a review of the hotel. Kind of like rubbing salt in the wound, if you ask me!

Excellent location and super clean
The hotel is in a great location, close to the centrum. I had a warm welcome from the night receptionist and was given a beautiful room on the 7th floor. I have a lovely little balcony and a seaview. Everything is super clean and smells fresh. I decided to stay on extra days. The staff is excellent! The only downsides of this hotel is that the restaurant is not open for dinner and no hair conditioner so do take your own as the shampoo is awful - dries out hair.

Kohtuulisen matkan päässä kaikista keskustan nätävyyksistä, rannoista, bazaarista,markkinoista,satamasta, rannan ravintola-ja yökerhoalueesta. Ja jos ei jaksa kävellä taksikyyti maksoi 25-35 liiraa eli 2,5-3,5 euroa!

28泊の長期滞在でしたがとても満足できるホテルです。 （プラン：オールインクルーシブ） 良い点 ・食事のバリエーションが豊富 ・サラダの野菜も種類が豊富で美味しい ・TUBORGの生ビールが飲み放題 ・トルコ産のワイン・ウイスキー・カクテルも飲み放題 ・プールが綺麗で気持ちよくリラックスできる （特に水底タイルのターコイズブルーが素晴らしい） ・部屋は新しくモダンで清潔 ・ハウスキーピングの清掃は床のモップ掛けまで丁寧で素晴らしい ・部屋のWi-FiはAmazon Fire Stickがスムーズに見れる速度でグッド ・シャワーの水圧も十分 ・部屋以外の施設内の清掃も行き届いていて清潔 ・プールサイドも毎日夕方になると水洗いしている 特に良い点 ・全てのスタッフがフレンドリーで親切 今回は28泊の滞在を終えて、さらにもう28泊するため、オーナーとマネージャーから嬉しい提案もいただきました。 気分転換のために系列ホテル（アランヤに2か所）に数泊してみませんか、との提案。（追加料金なし） 系列ホテルも魅力的な施設で興味があったけど、荷物がたくさんあってパッキングが面倒なため辞退しました。 ただ、このような嬉しい提案をしてもらったのは海外では初めてでとても感動しました。 このホテルは施設も食事も素晴らしいですが、何よりもオーナーやマネージャー、スタッフのホスピタリティが最高のホテルです。

Diese Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen völlig übertroffen!! jedes Zimmer hat einen schönen Balkon, man kann seine Wäsche trocknen. Das Essen ist 1A - sehr viel Auswahl und alles super sauber ! Das Personal merkt sich die Namen der Gäste und spricht diese mit dem Namen an, sehr familiäres Gefühl! Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach super ! Sauberkeit 1 - der Pool ist auch sehr ausreichend, an der Poolbar bekommt man tolle Getränke und die Musik ist auch super ! Wir hatten sehr tolle 8 Tage :) vielen Dank
