'Mixed experience – Great potential but major communication and comfort issues The hotel itself is quite nice, but our stay was covered by poor communication and several frustrating service failures. First, there was a language barrier with the Spanish-speaking service staff, which led to a serious issue: my pregnant wife was served raw beef.

'Schoon, mooi, personeel is netjes. Zwembad is goed.

'Perfecte verzorging.'

'Hele ruime kamer met fijne inloopdouche. Hotel heel verzorgd. Centraal gelegen. Parkeren buiten was heel gemakkelijk. Echt een aanrader!!'

'Perfect location perfect breakfast everything perfect'

'If you are looking for a nice room this is the place. But if you are expecting some basic service and hospitality (according to the price) forget it. Reception is mostly closed. And there was no one to attend for check-out. It was a mess and got treated very unprofessionally. We were scolded on WhatsApp for wanting to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before flying off.'
