'The cottage is quintessential Cotswolds -- great place to stay with a family of four. Despite being a cottage, there was plenty of space for four w a lot of luggage. Very walkable with a beautiful ancient church at the end of the lane and good restaurants (Chequers is my favorite) a few minutes away. Parking is super easy with street parking on the lane itself (limited), main road 50 feet away (some), and long-term car park 200 feet away (a lot of spaces). We used Chipping Norton as a base...

'Amazing stay at Walton Hall, checkin was fast and easy staff really helpful and professional. Room lovely clean with plenty of space. Free wifi strength good comfy bed could do with more firm pillows thought but that's just my taste. Bar and hotel facilities amazing good selection of beers and wines menu really good and prices reasonable. Lots to do nearby and only 20 mins to the Cotswolds.'

'Very lovely place, just how you would picture a countryside cottage to be! Great location. It’s private, tucked away near the entrance of Bourton-on-the-water, away from the crowds that’s visiting the village during the day. We enjoyed the short walk into the center of the village without worry about fighting for parking. It’s a perfect spot to base in the Cotswolds, and convenient to drive around to visit other villages. Highly recommended!'
