Villa Pedro Monjo is located in a wooded and quiet area of the Mallorcan countryside. Its exterior walls lined with stone, its white interior walls, its wooden beams and its ceramic floors denote that it is a traditional style house, with a marked Mallorcan character.

Inside the house there is a fully equipped living-dining room with TV and DVD and comfortable sofas, as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Villa Pedro Monjo consists of two bedrooms, one double and one double, and both share a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It should be noted that the rooms have air conditioning with restricted hours from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The outside is really quiet, sheltered by a forest of pines and oaks. The Roman-style swimming pool is surrounded by a grassy garden and terraces furnished with hammocks, ideal for sunbathing. A barbecue completes the exterior of the property.
