'The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake.'

'Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen und haben das Haus in vollsten Zügen genossen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist top ausgestattet und hat ein tollen großen Garten und Pool, den die Kinder kaum verlassen wollten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber im nächsten Ort Bon-Aire ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und in weniger als 10 Minuten Autofahrt in Alcudia. Die persönliche vor Ort Betreuung durch Frau Dahl war sensationell, nichts war zu viel, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns immer gerne und sehr schnell...

'Maison très propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût, dans un quartier très calme et reposant. On peut laisser sa voiture devant la maison en toute sécurité. A pieds on arrive vite dans la vieille ville d'Alcúdia et on voit la baie de Polença de la maison. Alcúdia est une jolie ville avec son port et sa vieille ville. Vraiment une belle destination ! Merci aux personnes de l'entretien à notre arrivée, très accueillantes. Je vous recommande cette maison. Allez y les yeux fermés !'

'Great place to stay. It is bigger than the photos suggest and has loads of space. The agents were helpful and sorted out an airport transfer much cheaper than a standard taxi. There’s no need for a Cara’s you can walk everywhere or take the buses which are cheap and regular. '

'We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

'Mysigt område och bra läge för en cykel och äventyrs resa. Fin utsikt från balkongen två stora lägenheter som satt ihop med Två mindre kök utan ugn Poolen var halv full med vatten med fräsch. Balkong var rätt små så vi gick ner den långa trappan till polområdet för att äta Dålig lukt från badrummen o en del trasiga krokar. '

'Stayed in Jordi's house for almost 2 weeks with older children. We really liked this. Spacious house with lots of equipment. Very quiet location and about a 12-minute walk from the beach and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Communal pool is lovely and very quiet. A small point of criticism is the beds. They are very hard and not very comfortable. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful holiday. Thanks Jordi!'

"Heerlijk ontbijt met verse jus en warme croissantjes. Diner en lunch elke dag wat anders en kwaliteit zeer voldoende. Ook glutenvrije opties. Vriendelijk personeel! Fijn zwembad, het leek verwarmd maar dit kwam door de zon. All inclusive is ook zeker de moeite waard. Rustig gelegen locatie. Let wel op dat het druk is met kinderen dus als je rust wilt is dit niet het juiste hotel. Enige min puntje dat ik heb, dat is de schoonmaak. Die was slecht of ik ben verwend met andere hotels waar ze elke dag je bed opmaakte en de vloer schoonmaakte. "
