'goede service. begrijpend personeel'

'This was one of the worst rooms I have ever been in. It was 98 degrees outside and the air conditioner was not even turned on in the room. A hotel knows when guests are booked and should accommodate for the hot weather and turn the air on in the rooms that are to be occupied. One bed had two large burn holes in the comforter (it was a non-smoking room), and the other comforter had actual food and grease stains when pulled back. It was so bad that I did not even stay there. I am in shock...
