Er was perfecte service en netheid. Hoewel de riolering van de badkamer traag werkte, maakten ze alles alle dagen schoon. Ook hebben ze een luisterend oor wanneer je iets tekort hebt of mist binnen je kamer. Ze doen hun best om alles vlot te laten verlopen, de redder van het zwembad zorgde voor een goede ambiance. Maar ik vind dat het hotel moet gerenoveerd worden. Daarnaast vind ik geld wisseling bij hen wel moeilijk te vinden. Verder hebben ze geen brochureservice over de bezienswaardigheden in Alexandrië. Al bij al was het goede keuze. Ik raad het hotel zeker aan.

My bad experience
As I stayed in that hotel for 10 days (with 2 reservations) my first was as 2 persons in 1 room starting Oct. 31 till Nov. 7 but my daughter who was supposed to join me didn't come only on Nov. 4th & not stay long only 2 nights, as I need to extend my stay I did second reservation till Nov.10 at 1 person for 3 nights .... on my checkout morning they told me I didn't have the room with breakfast & they will charge for that only one I was so surprised that behavior as I pay for high rate on the beginning to reserve the room for 2 but it was in fact only me alone for 4 nights until my daughter's arrival ..... I suppose the should consider that before they ask me to pay for only one breakfast or at the start of the second reservation they should notify me for that point on my reservation to be aware for. On the other side the design of bathroom (toilet) was so bad and difficult to use especially for me as an Oldman, they had to consider that when they fix the room for me. Overall it was a very bad experience to stay at that hotel because of its location which was differs than what shown on the website.

Buena ubicación. Hotel cuidado y en general buena relación precio-calidad. La alfombra de los pasillos estaba muy rota y desgastada y el desayuno con una barra corta de alimentos.

- The Staff is very friendly offered a welcome drink on arrival and explained everything during our waiting time for check-in. - The hotel is over priced in my opinion based on the location in a popular place. - Was very strange that the free Tea/Coffee tray is not refilled daily (with this price) and when i asked for one water bottle they told me i have to refill the whole tray for charge !!!! - the Hotel is very good located for shopping, near to sea BUT as mintioned OVER PRICED

The hotel lobby is spectacular but the rest of the hotel is actually pretty shabby, including the hallways and the room themselves.

That is definitely not 5, nor 4, hardly 3 star hotel, given egyptian standards. Hotel prices in Alexandria are ridiculously expensive comparing to standards. In whole hotel carpets are in dramatic conditions, grey from stains, even in room, you don't feel comfortable to stay on it bare foot. All is worn out. There is really odd air conditioning system, you can only turn it on and off, and hardly control temperature, but can't control fan, air supply nozzles are all around room on ceiling, even above bed, so you need to clog them with paper, to not blowing on you on bed like tornado. I don't know what someone had to take to come up with something like this. We had to ask for new Wifi password every day, why? We had to ask to renew magnetic card key to our room every day, why? The only not bad thing is about breakfast, that was nothing extraordinary, quite limitee, but not bad, nice variety of deserts

Wow! What a Gem.
Our stay was amazing. We had Room 402. It had The View… waking up to see the Great Pyramid and the head of the Sphinx! We also could watch the horses in the street from our balcony. And our room was totally renovated! Don’t let the entry and reception throw you when you first arrive. The place is great; the staff is great. When they opened the door to our room I was pleasantly surprised! 😊 Breakfast is simple and is served on the rooftop restaurant as is dinner when you can watch the Sound and Light Show on the Sphinx and Pyramids across the street. We enjoyed the Mixed Grill one evening. We liked the other guests and even got invited to join in a birthday party! Music, dancing, cake — great fun. Be sure to ask for a renovated room when making your reservations.

I have booked 2 nights with sea side view , In first night the sea view wasnt clear at all also the room was full of dust and my kids have a tough cough because of that and the water clour from faucet was not clear "Yellow" when i have compliened they changed the room with real sea side view with less dust and fixed water. Usually i dont change the selected room by hotel and it was my first time and i am asking if they are not ready with clean rooms why did they recieve booking !!!!!!!!!
