That is definitely not 5, nor 4, hardly 3 star hotel, given egyptian standards. Hotel prices in Alexandria are ridiculously expensive comparing to standards. In whole hotel carpets are in dramatic conditions, grey from stains, even in room, you don't feel comfortable to stay on it bare foot. All is worn out. There is really odd air conditioning system, you can only turn it on and off, and hardly control temperature, but can't control fan, air supply nozzles are all around room on ceiling, even above bed, so you need to clog them with paper, to not blowing on you on bed like tornado. I don't know what someone had to take to come up with something like this.
We had to ask for new Wifi password every day, why?
We had to ask to renew magnetic card key to our room every day, why?
The only not bad thing is about breakfast, that was nothing extraordinary, quite limitee, but not bad, nice variety of deserts
