'Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Lisbon! The hosts were extremely attentive and made our check-in process effortless. They sent a detailed WhatsApp message with clear instructions on how to enter the property and how to get there — which was incredibly helpful, as the apartment is located at the top of a hill. 'Our hostess, Laura was so communicative prior and during our stay there. The place was impeccably clean. It couldn’t be more convenient to see the city. There was a restaurant right out our door. She gave all kinds of resources for how to enjoy our stay there. It was a phenomenal stay! Laura greeted us when we arrived and even carried our suitcase to the door.'

'Upon walking up the hills(no uber can drive to this area) we stood outside in the freezing cold rain for OVER 2 HOURS! The checking instructions did not work, there was NO key inside the outdoor lockbox. The code that was sent did not work (the entire code box is faulty we learned so it does not unlock the outside door).
