Serenity Cottage on Beautiful Lake of Bays Dorset.

An amazing place for families to come and relax. Enjoy the stunning sunrise right from your living room or the multi level decks. Situated on Lake of Bays. This modern cottage is the perfect getaway for nature loving families who love to swim, fish, kayak, canoe, hike or enjoy other more adventurous water activities. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, high speed internet, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, 3 fireplaces, and water toys.
The space
In light of recent events with Covid-19, we will be taking extra precautions to ensure your safety. We have an impeccable record of cleaning standards as noted with our 5-star cleanliness reviews but we will be extra diligent to wipe down all surfaces, doorknobs, remotes, and any controls that have the possibility for contamination. We are now using high-grade disinfectant cleaners to ensure the most effective removal of germs and bacteria.

As always, no towels, bedsheets, or tea towels are ever re-used between renters.
We are increasing the amount of time to clean cottages between guests so we can safely clean all surfaces. Your safety is our first priority and we are doing everything we can to make your stay safe and enjoyable.

Serenity cottage is located in a quiet street in Dorset. It hosts its own private dock that you can swim, or fish from. Lake of Bays is brimming with bass and pike. The multi-level deck allows you to take in the sunrise or sunset from a variety of different areas.

Please note: cottage is pet friendly but we do not guarantee the safety of your pet. There is no fencing on the property. However, we have never had issues with our pets or previous renters pets before.
Guest access
The property has 2 cameras on the premise, one at the front of the house and one at the back of the house to ensure the safety of both the voyagers and the owners.
Other things to note
Hottub is open year round. If you are using the hot tub please realize that it takes time to heat up so preset the hot tub to the desired temperature at least 30 minutes prior to using. Please fill water up if you are using the hot tub and the water is below the jet line. Please sanitize the hot tub water after each use with sanitizer and lower the temperature back down to conserve energy. The sanitizer can be found in the brown storage table by the door.
