'Zeer mooie locatie, prachtig uitzicht. Zodra je de eerste trap af bent gelopen en de deur naar de tuin en het huis achter je dicht doet is het vakantie en heel rustig. We hebben zelfs dolfijnen gezien!'

'Waanzinnig uitzicht, heerlijk privé, schoon en net huis, dorpje met supermarkt op loop afstand, voetbalveld onderaan het huis, 30min rijden van het strand en grotere stad.......heerlijk!! Wi-Fi is wat minder en met kinderen is dat soms lastig. Zelfs toen we om 0.00uur aankwamen werden we keurig opgewacht. Wij hebben genoten en zijn helemaal tot rust gekomen.'

'Reaching the villa is an adventure, driving over a very steep but well drivable narrow road. If you rent a car (you do need a car!!) you should go for a diesel. We didn't. Our Nissan Micra made it barely through the hairpins in first gear. A diesel would have been much easier to drive. Once there you get an astonishing view over Almunecar, the hills and the sea. 'We had an amazing stay in casita Elisa. The owners Christa & Pascal live in the adjacent house and are always available for practical questions or a quick chat. Also, they really make an effort to make you feel at home and give you a lot of privacy and space. We found them to be perfect hosts. The casita itself is very well equipped and beautifully decorated with art from Christa. The many outside terraces give you a lot of options to seek shade and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and views...

'Incredible stay at this beautiful apartment. The photos don't do it justice. Beautiful views over the beach and the bay to Almunecar from a very good terrace. Really well equipped house. Fantastic for a two week stay. Nice shared pool just a few metres away. Twenty minute walk into La Herradura - hot but manageable. About 40 minutes to get to the marina - if you're fit. There is parking at the property but it is down a steep hill. Fine if you're a good driver and in a reliable car. Great...
