Dear Caroline, thanks for your comment. We will attend your request and put a latch in the 4 rooms that do not have it. So far no customer asked for it and that is why we had not thought about it. On the other hand, when talking to you, you tells us that the problem was that the coffee maker filter was not changed. We always check everything before delivering the Villa and we regret this forgetfulness. There is a team of people who keep the house in impeccable conditions for our clients. I understand about the total price but you have to consider the price per person is really a very good one for a Villa like this! I hope a lot of happiness in 2020 for you!
