'I arrived at 5pm after driving for 6 hours and was informed my room was not ready and that I would need to wait another 20 mins. Upon arrival there was a gentleman in front of me that had no reservation and was given 2 rooms on the spot. A reservation should come before a walkin. My room is my room. It should not be viewed as AVAILABLE to give to someone else. The woman at check in was rude about the situation and downplayed me waiting. Check-in is AT 3!!!! My room should have BEEN ready and...

'the room was very dirty, there were shaved hair all the towels when we first checked in. we asked to get new towels and they didn't come until 3-4 hours later, and instead of coming in and changing the towels for us, they threw it in a bag outside our door. even the new towels were dirty with blood stains. the rooms also had a terrible moldy smell that was unbearable even with windows open. staff at the front desk were also extremely rude and rolled her eyes at the guests multiple times.'

'Great place clean room very family friendly. Parking always sucks and fee is a little much due to people already paying a lot to stay. They should charge people less to park at their own risk. So they need to change some things. Staff is okay asked to get 10 minutes more to get out of my room due to last minute changes of me not staying two days afterwards and they couldn't even do that without trying to charge me 39 dollars. Good place but some things they do is not cool.'

'We had a great stay at this hotel! My family and I were here for Disneyland and we chose to walk to the Disney parks and utilize the Toy Story parking shuttle or you can also take the hotel shuttle too.'
