'We stay at this location at least 6–8 times a year, and it has always been great in the past. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. It’s a shame to see how much the property has declined and been let go. On top of that, the noise level was incredibly disruptive — both inside the hotel and outside. 'Nicely renovated motel. Good beds. Floor was dust free but very dirty (not recently mopped). Staff very friendly and helpfull. So in the end ok. No breakfast during weekdays, only during weekends (little disappointment).'

'Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. '

'Rooms next to thw pool shouldn't be rented when there is a large ground or people throwing a birthday party. The noise was terrible! We heard it over the hot tub and the tv. The gusts having the party were then roomed above us so when the pool closed the noise was over our heads'

'While most things about this facility standard for any hotel, there were two areas that were clearly very deficient. It snowed in this area at least 24 hours prior to my arrival. The entryway from the driveway into the hotel was more than 20 feet and covered with ice. This is clearly a safety issue which the staff of this hotel does not care about. The other issue is the temperature of the hot water. When filling the tub, I will say I have never in my life have I found water as HOT as I did...

'Cleaning lady was horrible and rude was banging on the door demanding that we leave sooner than we were supposed to check out so that she can clean the room was really really upset. We were also charged $30 extra just to check in in an hour and a half early. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.'
