'Beautiful facility. Stayed overnight while traveling through. No intention of gambling, but really needed to have dinner. There was a line to get into the cafe but lots of empty tables. Tried room service several times but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. None of the staff I spoke to knew of a problem or had a helpful solution. Finally spotted some prepackaged cut fruit and a sandwich at the Starbucks counter. These were delicious and averted a crisis for my elderly mother and me. Beautiful...

'There was a couple of people directly above our room that decided to have a fight in their room just before midnight. We were both waken by this disturbance. It settled down quickly, so we figured someone called it in. Not sure if we will stay here again.'

Visible mould on bathroom shower tile grout. Damaged and scraped paint on doors. Trip hazard on carpet to tile transition, in bathroom. Would not have stayed here if we had been told on the site that there was a renovation underway. I assume they were hiding the fact.'

'The hotel is not in an ideal area for families. Our room had a smoke smell even though the hotel is non-smoking. The room did not look as though it was thoroughly cleaned. There were unhoused people outside at night. Would not recommend for a family trip like we had. We booked 2 rooms in the same order and were initially given rooms in 2 different floors. We had to ask for rooms closer to each other. We were told there may not be many rooms left but the parking lot was empty. Looks like a hotel...
