'The carpet and wallpaper were disgusting. No conditioner in the showers. Luckily the beds were clean. Would not stay in this location again.'

'There was very little to choose from for breakfast. The staff at checkin have no experience or customer service knowledge. I complained about constant floor noise above us which never stopped in 3 days. The room was pleasant but the bathroom toilet was so close to the wall that you couldn't sit down easily. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. This will not be my first choice to stay again. '

'Everything was great! I had some questions about the check in process and the number provided answered me right away! The rooms were clean and so cozy. The sheets in the Sion Bass room are so soft. The jet tub was also incredible. I wish I had some more control over the temperature in my room, but other than that, a flawless stay!!!'

'Make sure before you arrive that you do not need to use a restroom after your drive as they do not have one the public can use in their lobby!! If you can wait until after you check in and drive to your room, outside doors, then you'll be ok! The room was clean and beds comfortable. Pretty quiet even tho close to the freeway. Staff was friendly. Good place to stay for the price. It's close to everthing and it was graduation weekend.'
