The seating area was comfortable and the partial divider gave a bit more separation to the room, felt like 2 rooms. Clean, modern, good breakfast (hot, cold options). 'This hotel has a little bit of everything. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, tons of amenities that are easily accessible and the people are kind. They do automatic turndowns everyday unless you put the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. Other hotels Ive been to haven't been that intentional about caring for their guests. Fans could be a great add, especially during the hot and humid July we just had. The neighborhood had a lot of great walking areas and great art and architecture to see. They did not have free coffee or breakfast available in the am. but they touted morning coffee that ended up costing $4+'
