When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was. 'This hotel need some work, a remodel even and I believe it's the owner and his family behind the counter and they don't speak at all, no smile, nothing. We did not have access to the main lounge area. My assumption is they turned it into their own personal living quarters. There's no breakfast option, but Waffle House is right up on the corner. 'Kamer was constant heel vochtig, zelfs met de airco aan. Douche deed het niet (is wel gerepareerd), deur lag half uit de sponning, ging heel moeilijk open en dicht. Doorgezakte bedden, ontbijt was niks, alleen ingepakte muffin, fruitreep en koffie. Keuken was helemaal leeg, geen bestek, pannen, etc.. Afzuigkap had niet eens een filter.
